After 18 years in the recruitment industry and having held director positions with the most well respected consultancies, Simon Jennings has launched Direct Approach Resourcing.

"Having been involved in the industry for such a long time, I have obviously had many dealings with rec to recs, both as a client and a candidate, sometimes good but on occasions bad. I have long felt that there is a gap in the market for a more bespoke offering. That's what Direct Approach is all about. I intend to raise the bar in terms of service level, honesty and integrity to both my clients and candidates."
