At Direct Approach, we are aware of the level of trust that is involved with submitting your CV to us. You're putting your career in our hands, and in return, our reputation is dependent on the level of service you receive from us. This is why:
We will never:
Send your CV anywhere without getting your permission first
Mention you by name when speaking to clients during the initial stages
Call you during the day, while you are at your desk (should you tell us not to)
Tell you about a job you are interested in, then fail to give you further feedback
We will always:
Call at a time that is convenient for you
Treat all conversations and correspondence in the strictest confidence
Try to meet you face to face in a location convenient for you wherever possible
Gain a full job specification against every position we speak to you about
Fully prepare and support you through the interview and recruitment process, providing regular feedback and updates
Take your call, every time
Of course there's a little more to it than that! Here is a typical experience of a candidate registering with Direct Approach:
Simon will speak with you confidentially to gauge what it is that you are looking for and how Direct Approach can best work with you. We will then provide you with a list of organisations that we feel are the best fit for you in the terms of opportunity, package, location, culture etc. Once you give us permission, we will make an approach on your behalf and set up a meeting between you and our client. You will be fully supported through the recruitment process.
If at any point you feel that a position is not the right one for you, tell us! No one need burn a bridge and we may have other vacancies that are more suitable for you or indeed be able to help you in the future.
Once again, your CV will never be sent anywhere without your permission, nor will you be mentioned by name until you have expressed an interest in a specific company. We fully understand the nature of our industry and how incestuous it can be.
