Fail to give full and frank feedback from our candidates

Whenever possible meet with you at your offices, take a full job specification and gain an understanding of your culture and the person spec of someone who is likely to succeed in your organisation
Ensure our candidates are fully bought into the recruitment process at the time of setting up interviews
Be clear about our fees right from the start
